We built PropTrove to solve a problem we kept seeing: home service companies are doing great work, but spending time and money reaching out to the wrong customers.
The Problem
In 2024, we each bought homes and started receiving a flood of mailers for services that didn't fit the needs of the properties we just bought (for example, a postcard for lawn mowing service was sent to the property that doesn't have a lawn). We asked around to other new homeowners and found that they were getting the same thing.
Companies are wasting time and money advertising broadly to a bunch of addresses or simply to new homeowners.
The problem wasn't the effort. It was that most companies didn't have a simple way to find properties that might need their services.
Our Solution
PropTrove, a simple and self-serve platform that helps companies find the right properties for their services. Whether they're looking for properties with pools, crawlspaces, chimneys, large yards, and so much more, they can filter and download only the property leads that match their business.
